Why the name
do-happy?
I have always believed that happiness takes a little effort.
Yes, some people seem to be born happy, and that's great.
Others strive for happiness, and seem to be beaten back.
Some are unsure what happiness even is.
And what about what life throws at us? Grief, loss, unemployment, low self-esteem, medical issues....

I have facilitated a wide variety of wellbeing workshops over the years, enabling people to do things, practical things, in order to explore happiness at work and at home. It was this work that led me naturally into counselling.

Counselling, or talking therapy, is life-changing.

Working with a qualified and experienced counsellor can be challenging, painful, enlightening and positive.

It is important that you find a counsellor who is right for you.
We'll talk about that when we have a chat, but in brief, I want to support you to move forward, to see change and progress. There isn't always a quick fix, but if you're prepared to do, you have a much greater chance of being happy.

So what next?
Step 1. Contact me by email or phone.
Step 2. We'll have a chat and see if counselling is right for you. This is free and there is no obligation to book.
Step 3. Sessions are £45 for a full hour (concessions / under 18 fee reduction is available, please ask).

The number and frequency of sessions is up to you, and you can stop whenever you like.
Sessions take place in a cosy, private cabin with easy parking. Or, we can work over the phone or on Zoom / Teams.
If you are ready for change, let's talk.

Simple.

Warmest wishes
Sarah
