Counselling
I am happy to offer in-person, face-to-face counselling; please be advised that you do so at your own risk. I cannot be held responsible in the event you contract Covid-19.
Ideally it is still best to avoid face-to-face sessions and use my online or telephone counselling service. If you visit me for a session, I ask that you follow a few simple steps to keep us both as safe as possible.
Please be advised that, if I test positive with Covid-19, I will have to pass your name to the NHS for their ‘Track and Trace’ scheme. I will inform you personally over the phone so you can follow the appropriate self-isolation advice. All best wishes, Sarah 07851 376 348 |
Talking sounds simple.
It is simple. Talking to someone can help you have an objective view of your situation. Talking to a qualified and experienced counsellor can be challenging, painful, enlightening and positive. Step 1. Contact me by email or phone. Step 2. We'll have a chat and see if counselling is right for you. This initial telephone consultation is free. Step 3. Sessions are £40 an hour (£35 per hour concessions or under 18). The number and frequency of sessions is up to you, and you can stop whenever you like. Sessions take place in a cosy, private cabin with easy parking. Please let me know if you have any concerns about access or would like additional support. If you are ready for change, let's talk.
