Contact Me
I am happy to offer in-person, face-to-face counselling; please be advised that you do so at your own risk. I cannot be held responsible in the event you contract Covid-19.
Ideally it is still best to avoid face-to-face sessions and use my online or telephone counselling service.
If you visit me for a session, I ask that you follow a few simple steps to keep us both as safe as possible.
  • If you think you have Covid-19 or if you feel unwell, please stay at home and I will reschedule your appointment or arrange an online appointment. There will be NO additional fees to pay.
  • Please use the hand sanitiser provided.
  • Please wear a face mask until seated.
  • I will open and close all doors for you.
  • Please maintain a 2-meter distance whenever possible.
  • Please use the toilet only if really necessary, wash your hands for at least 20 seconds with soap and dry your hands with the clean flannel provided. Leave this in the basin.
  • If you have to sneeze or cough, please cover your mouth and nose with a tissue.
If within 14 days of your appointment you begin to develop any symptoms of possible Covid-19, such as a high fever or a new continuous cough, you should contact me, inform the NHS and follow the appropriate self-isolation advice.
Please be advised that, if I test positive with Covid-19, I will have to pass your name to the NHS for their ‘Track and Trace’ scheme. I will inform you personally over the phone so you can follow the appropriate self-isolation advice.

All best wishes,
Sarah

Talking sounds simple.
It is simple.
Talking to someone can help you have an objective view of your situation.
Talking to a qualified and experienced counsellor can be challenging, painful, enlightening and positive.

Step 1. Contact me by email or phone.
Step 2. We'll have a chat and see if counselling is right for you. This initial telephone consultation is free.
Step 3. Sessions are £40 an hour (£35 per hour concessions or under 18).

The number and frequency of sessions is up to you, and you can stop whenever you like.
Sessions take place in a cosy, private cabin with easy parking. Please let me know if you have any concerns about access or would like additional support.
If you are ready for change, let's talk.

Simple.
